My phone doesn't work with my QuickMounter. What do I do wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. Your phone is probably equipped with a LithiumIon- or LithiumPolymerbattery. You therefore need to attach a QuickFix to your handset. QuickFix is a small metalplate that has selfadhesive tape on the backside. Attach it on the backside of your phone and you will be "back on track".

Can I use the advantages of Multidapt® even if I don't want to use a case?

Yes, by using a Phoneholdic kit that you attach directly to your phone, you have unlimited options to choose any of the Multidapt® accessories (both personal holders and vehicle holders). With the QuickMounter system you don't even need the adapter.
